Shipping: We do our best to keep shipping/handling costs to a minimum. We sometimes step out for a bug hunt looking for new dragonflies, beetles, millipedes, spiders, moths and butterflies so orders may be processed and shipped 2-4 days from the date we receive them - but most of the time we ship out the same or next business day! We typically use the Unites States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipping. All shipping and handling charges are shown during the checkout process.
When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. Halloween and Christmas are our busiest times so order your cool bug stuff ahead! At this time we are not shipping outside the continental U.S. We get hundreds of orders a week and we do our best to get your Cool Bug Stuff out as quickly as possible.
We are also committed to the environment and try hard to recycle boxes and use eco-friendly packing materials including yesterday’s newspaper! Please recycle!
Returns: We take extra care when packing your order but unfortunately things do get damaged during the shipping process. Contact us right away via telephone or email and we will try to make things right. We assume no obligation to accept merchandise after 5 days from date of invoice. NOTE: We do not accept returns or refund money for any food/edible item even if it arrives melted (in rare cases) for we have very little control over the delivery process - sorry.
